THE BASICS Your Schedule:

As a full-time Residential HVAC Service Technician, your typical schedule will have you clocking in from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with the occasional weekend and evening work.

RESPONSIBILITIES Every day you drive and commute to various locations, diagnosing and repairing a wide range of heating and air conditioning systems. Your meticulous work ensures that our customers enjoy top-quality HVAC solutions!

QUALIFICATIONS

Valid driver's license

EPA Universal Refrigerant Handling License

Low Voltage License

NATE Core Certification with 3 Specialty Certifications

NATE Senior Certification

Willingness to invest in tools and ongoing training

Ability to work from ladders and operate scissors and genie lifts safely

Experience in training and mentoring service technicians

Great team player

Great work ethic

Willingness to learn and grow your skillset

Commitment to quality and integrity

Commitment to 100% customer satisfaction

An HVAC tech school certificate or EPA certification is preferred. Hydronic/steam boiler experience or 5+ years of field experience is also preferred.
