Domino’s Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Columbia, United States. As a vital member of our organization, you’ll be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer experiences while supporting various aspects of our pizza delivery operations.
Provide friendly and efficient customer service through phone and in-person interactions
Take and process customer orders accurately
Prepare high-quality pizzas and other menu items
Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
Contribute to a positive dining experience by maintaining a clean and organized work environment
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery
Assist with various cleaning tasks to uphold store cleanliness standards
Lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs. as needed
Qualifications
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude
Strong communication abilities and active listening skills
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
Ability to follow directions and adhere to food safety guidelines
Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and holidays
Team player mentality with a willingness to support colleagues as needed
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean work area
No prior experience required; on-the-job training will be provided
