Domino’s Pizza in Troy, United States is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at 131 N Lincoln Dr. As a vital member of our store, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining our reputation for excellent service and quality products.
Answer incoming phone calls and take customer orders accurately and efficiently
Prepare and make pizzas and other menu items according to company standards
Process cash and credit card transactions, ensuring accuracy in all financial dealings
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
Assist with various cleaning tasks to uphold store cleanliness standards
Handle and lift items weighing up to 25 lbs. as needed
Qualifications
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude
Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and order calculations
Ability to follow directions and adhere to company policies and procedures
Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Availability to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as needed
Team player mentality with a willingness to support colleagues
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred (but not required)
Previous experience in food service or customer-facing roles is a plus
