What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Communicate significant trip details to vendors, suppliers, and other relevant individuals in preparation for trips
Assist the Regional Operations Manager in coordinating and managing daily operational activities
Identify and resolve problems in the operations process in a timely manner
Manage the region's finances, including investigating and resolving invoice discrepancies
Liaise with suppliers to build and maintain strong working relationships
What is Required (Qualifications)
At least 1 year of experience in the tourism industry
Strong financial acumen, including experience in invoice reconciliation and budget validation
Advanced organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
Exceptional English written and oral communication skills
Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Any experience as a tour leader
Knowledge of French, Spanish, Portuguese, and/or Italian
Solid knowledge of the travel industry and the geography of the region
A proactive and adaptable attitude with a commitment to customer service
Positive attitude and desire to be part of a close-knit and effective team
