What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Lead the day-to-day operations of the Staking function, ensuring operational excellence and timely execution of key tasks
Develop into a subject matter expert and provide guidance to team members
Maintain oversight of reconciliations review processes and operational controls
Identify and lead improvement initiatives to enhance processes and reduce risks
Facilitate effective communication with internal stakeholders and external partners
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 4 years of work experience in fast-paced environments, preferably in crypto operations, brokerage operations, or fintech
General interest or professional experience in crypto applications, such as Staking or Trading
Proven experience with SQL, General Ledgers, and Reconciliations is a plus
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
Excellent interpersonal skills and experience in collaborative environments

Demonstrated ability to proactively identify and solve problems independently
Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas for diverse audiences
A natural curiosity to pursue the root cause of problems and expand knowledge
