Responsibilities
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Breckenridge, TX, for a Police Officer. The Police Officer will be responsible for enforcing laws and regulations, maintaining public safety, responding to emergencies, conducting criminal investigations, patrolling assigned areas, and preventing unlawful activities. Additional responsibilities include gathering and securing evidence, preparing detailed reports, and interacting with the community to ensure safety and build trust. Qualifications
Knowledge and practical skills related to Law Enforcement and Police procedures Experience in Criminal Investigations or handling Evidence collection and management Proficiency in addressing public safety issues and enforcing local, state, and federal laws Strong problem-solving skills, communication abilities, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with the community Physical and mental fitness to perform the duties associated with law enforcement Must maintain a valid driver's license and meet all state and local certification requirements to serve as a police officer High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced education or training in criminal justice is a plus Prior experience in law enforcement or military service is beneficial but not mandatory Seniority level
