We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Richmond, Virginia. In this long-term contract position, you will play a vital role in supporting daily operations by ensuring smooth communication, accurate documentation, and efficient data management. Responsibilities:
• Translate written documents and verbal communications between English and Spanish to facilitate clear understanding.
• Handle sensitive client information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Assist caseworkers and team members with clerical duties, including filing, organizing, and data entry.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely completion of client-related tasks and requests.
• Respond to inbound calls, providing accurate information and directing inquiries to the appropriate parties.
• Perform receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and managing front desk operations.
• Ensure all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and in compliance with organizational standards.
• Keep records and documentation organized for easy access by authorized personnel.
• Support the team in maintaining an organized and welcoming office environment.
• Monitor and prioritize incoming requests to ensure deadlines are met.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role.

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Familiarity with data entry processes and office software applications.

• Experience managing inbound calls and providing excellent customer service.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a busy work environment.
