Responsibilities:
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from posting job openings to onboarding new team members, ensuring an equitable and inclusive approach.
• Proactively source candidates through creative outreach methods, including community partnerships, job boards, and digital platforms.
• Organize and facilitate interviews, maintain clear communication with candidates, and assist hiring teams throughout the selection process.
• Oversee recruitment metrics and candidate pipelines using applicant tracking systems to ensure a seamless hiring experience.
• Represent the organization at career fairs, community events, and networking opportunities to expand talent pools.
• Collaborate on employer branding initiatives to promote the organization’s values and mission within the workforce.
• Develop and maintain relationships with diverse communities to strengthen outreach and recruitment strategies.
• Provide support for workforce development programs aligned with the organization’s goals.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and promote inclusive hiring practices across all recruitment activities.
• A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in recruiting or HR, preferably within nonprofit or mission-driven environments.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders effectively.
• Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems, job boards, and sourcing tools.
• Knowledge of inclusive hiring practices and familiarity with employment laws.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications to support administrative tasks.
