We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in Monrovia, California. In this role, you will play a key part in identifying and hiring top talent while fostering positive relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders. This is a long-term contract position, offering an opportunity to contribute to building a diverse and effective workforce.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates.
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with hiring managers and provide support throughout the recruitment cycle.
• Post job openings across various platforms to attract candidates with a range of experience.
• Review resumes and applications to identify individuals whose skills align with open positions.
• Conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Communicate company values and culture effectively to prospective hires.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
• Actively promote diversity and inclusion in the hiring process.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage and streamline recruitment efforts.• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing and interviewing.
• Familiarity with corporate recruiting practices and strategies.
