Job Title: Onsite Recruiting Account Administrator

Location: Casa Grande (Travel to Peoria required 1–2 days per week)
Employment Type: Full-Time, 2nd shift, (Shifts may vary)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Onsite Recruiting Account Administrator to manage high-volume staffing operations within a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for overseeing recruiting, compliance, and account management for over 100 active associates. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with a staffing agency and possess strong organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruiting & Onboarding
• Source, screen, and hire candidates for various roles.
• Manage new hire onboarding, including orientation and documentation.

• Account Management
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client and associate inquiries.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure service level agreements are met.
• Track and manage timecards, attendance, and associate performance.

• Compliance & Operations
• Conduct and manage screenings and background checks.
• Ensure compliance with company and client policies.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and other tracking tools.

• Onsite Support
• Provide hands-on support at client facilities, including walking long distances as required.
• Utilize tablet, laptop, and mobile devices for daily operations.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience:
• Minimum 1 year in recruiting, human resources, or staffing agency environment.
• Experience managing high-volume accounts and employee relations.

• Skills:
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and timecard tracking.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Physical Requirements: Ability to walk and stand for extended periods in a large facility.

• Other Requirements:
• Must have reliable transportation for travel to Casa Grande (3 days a week) and Peoria, AZ (1–2 days per week).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
