Behavioral Health Network, recognized as the 10th Top Places to work in MA by the Boston Globe, is looking for a Clinical Supervisor to join our new behavioral health clinic in Holyoke, MA.

Here’s what you will do: Provides direct and clinical supervision to program staff. Assigns Counselor caseloads and provides oversight of said caseloads. Provides oversight of group schedule and psycho-educational groups, when necessary. Attends and facilitates clinical staff meetings and weekly treatment team meetings. Performs assessments and chart reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance with DPH standards. Provides oversight and monitors service(s) coordination for individuals served. Assists Program Director with employee evaluations. Maintains individual caseload and oversees caseload management for other staff. Maintains direct service productivity as established by the Program. Monitors the formulation and completion of treatment plans, progress notes, and group notes. Maintains clinical licensure and continuing education requirements
What we are looking for: Master’s Degree in related field (required). Licensed (LMHC, LICSW) (required). At least three years of experience in the Human Services field (required). At least two years of supervisory experience (required). Must have experience working with substance abuse and dual diagnoses. Working knowledge of DPH Bureau of Substance Addiction Services (BSAS) regulations Since 1938, BHN has been providing behavioral health services in MA.
Operating over 130 programs with our 3,000 employees, we are expanding our services statewide and would like YOU to join our team!
Pay: $65,000 - 84,500.00 per year
