Early Childhood Teacher – Seasonal

Part‑time positions are available with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers.
Responsibilities
- Assist with hands‑on activities to meet the needs and interests of the children.
- Maintain open communication with parents, sharing their child’s daily milestones.
- Ensure a safe and clean classroom by following essential procedures and guidelines.
Qualifications
- 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED.
- 1 year of experience working in child care, daycare, or preschool settings is preferred.
- 12 Child Development units completed—Child Development, Child, Family, and Community, Introduction to Curriculum, and Principles and Practices. For Infant or Toddler positions, Infant and Toddler Development class is required as one of the curriculum courses.
Physical Requirements
This position requires full compliance with all applicable immunization, physical/screening, and health and safety training requirements. The employee will work in person in an early education preschool child care center to provide supervision, care, curriculum delivery, and services per Bright Horizons’ policies, procedures, and guidance, ensuring the safety of children in care and the employee.

Salary/Hourly Rate and Other Compensation Disclosures
The hourly rate for this position ranges from $19.50 to $31.45 per hour. Actual compensation offers within this range depend on experience, education, training, certifications, geography, and other relevant factors.
