What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Develop and maintain forecasts for pipeline assets, including assumptions, methodologies, and documentation
Conduct primary and secondary market research to understand disease epidemiology, patient segmentation, and competitive landscape
Provide commercial/business case assessments to inform pipeline programs’ go/no-go decisions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish Target Product Profiles and develop market positioning strategies
Support major planning processes with forecast submissions, scenarios, and narratives
What is Required (Qualifications):
Advanced degree in life sciences and/or business
Minimum of 8 years of experience with a BS, 6 years with an MS, or 4 years with a Doctorate in commercial assessment, product planning, or related fields within the pharmaceutical industry
Strong knowledge and experience in oncology and immunology/inflammatory diseases
Excellent communication and analytical skills for data analysis and presentation preparation
Proven ability to work effectively in a cross-functional setting and manage multiple projects simultaneously
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in indication- and patient-level forecasting methodologies
Proficiency in advanced Excel and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL
Demonstrated initiative and entrepreneurial mindset
Strong aspiration for continuous learning and excellence
