What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Partner with Hiring Managers to understand specific position requirements
Execute sourcing, screening, and engagement strategies to identify qualified candidates
Manage the full life cycle recruiting process, including interviewing and negotiating offers
Develop and maintain a network of contacts to identify diverse talent
Ensure data integrity within the Applicant Tracking System and other sourcing tools
What is Required (Qualifications)
5-7+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industries
Demonstrated ability to execute full life cycle recruiting activities
Strong understanding of technology and experience with talent acquisition systems
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to build meaningful internal and external relationships
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Experience in high-tech, sales, or manufacturing industries
Consulting skills with strong stakeholder management abilities
Proven track record in candidate attraction and relationship building
