Have 5+ years of experience as Enterprise Agile coach or expert in Product Based Operating Model in the Banking and Financial Services industry in USA, coaching product owners, teams and leadership using scrum/Kanban and scaling frameworks such as SAFe LeSS etc. Appreciate the depth of Organizational Agility and can help leadership, product management team and scrum teams to embrace the benefits of working in Agile way Hands‑on experience with SAFe implementation in Banks in the US Minimum 10 to 12 years' experience in Agile and Lean based process improvements in a large organization acting in a leadership role /Managing Consultant /Client Program Manager Good understanding of System thinking and Organizational behavior, Operating Models, Organization Change Management Have the ability to scale up and down hierarchy levels in organization to implement change Experience in managing or leading transformation engagements in a globally distributed Experience with organizational design, organizational impediments, coaching managers and others in the course of addressing impediments Experience in Jira/or any other backlog management tools Possess and demonstrate a collaborative, flexible, empathetic and curious attitude
