Senior Environmental Engineer – Bristol Bay Construction Holdings LLC
Licensed Senior Environmental Engineer needed to join the Environmental Business Line at Aerosation SES LLC, providing consulting, engineering and technology solutions for environmental challenges.
Job Summary:
The candidate will manage remediation projects, write engineering design reports, and oversee petroleum‑impacted site restorations. Experience with solvent and PFAS remediation is a plus. Projects up to $500K aggregate value will be managed on time, within budget, and scope.
Salary Range:
$93,000 to $135,000 DOE

Work Arrangement:
Hybrid role reporting from Jacksonville, FL or Knoxville, TN office; 10% travel required.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Manage multiple low‑complexity soil and groundwater remediation projects.
Prepare remediation system designs and supervise implementation, operation and maintenance.
Coordinate with regulatory agencies.
Manage field and construction teams and external subcontractors.
Manage project finances and schedules to keep deliverables on target.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in environmental or civil engineering.
Florida Environmental or Civil Professional Engineer’s License, or ability to obtain it within 6 months.
5‑10 years of environmental remediation and consulting experience.
Experience designing and implementing soil and groundwater systems at petroleum sites.
Fundamental project management skills and willingness to grow through mentoring.
Experience working with the Florida Department of Environmental Protection.
Travel to project sites, estimated 30% annually.
Preferred Qualifications
40‑Hour HAZWOPER certificate and annual refresher courses.
First Aid and CPR training.
USACE/NAVFAC Construction Quality Management certificate.
Collaborative, grounded personality with clear communication.
Good presentation skills.
Flexibility to work on projects outside remediation, such as SPCC Plan development and civil infrastructure.
Additional Qualifying Factors Pre‑employment drug screening and background check required. Clearance levels may be needed for military installations.
Physical & Working Conditions Worksite mobility, exposure to weather, lifting up to 35 lbs, PPE usage, mental alertness, and potential exposure to fumes and noise.
