Base pay range $120,000.00/yr - $165,000.00/yr
The Maintenance function is central to the plant's success balancing hands‑on troubleshooting with program leadership (PMs, compliance, documentation, and project work). The incoming Maintenance Manager will inherit a capable team and the autonomy to strengthen systems, raise uptime, and modernize practices in partnership with operations and quality.

Description
Manage and lead the maintenance team to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
Oversee maintenance of packaging lines, including fillers, cappers, and conveyors.
Ensure proper functioning of utilities such as ammonia refrigeration systems, boilers, air compressors, and pumps.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure equipment reliability and efficiency.
Maintain compliance with PSM standards and other safety regulations.
Monitor and manage maintenance budgets effectively.
Provide training and development opportunities for maintenance staff.
Profile
Experience in maintenance management within the food, beverage, cosmetics, or wellness manufacturing industries.
Knowledge of packaging lines, including fillers, cappers, conveyors, and related equipment.
Familiarity with utilities such as ammonia refrigeration, boilers, air compressors, and pumps.
Understanding of PSM standards and compliance requirements.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
