We have the opportunity to add a Relocation Administrative Assistant to our team. This is a Monday through Friday in-office role at our office located in Chicago. The Relocation Administrative Assistant will serve as administrative support to the @relocation department, which handles real estate referrals. This role will work directly with the consultant team handling administrative duties pertaining to their files, plus project work as defined by the Relocation Director. Duties Assists in management of the @properties referral network (holding company), including communications with network members and IDFPR and maintaining of records Updates and utilizes the eRelocation referral tracking database regularly, including reporting, file notation, payment information, and other tasks, as needed. Provides administrative support to @properties Relocation departments, including referral updates and payment tracking and other items, as needed Data entry and maintenance of records Filing, updating, coordinating incoming and outgoing payments Works with utility companies to turn on/off utilities at various properties Coordinates repair work/quotes/billing with vendors and contractors; other property management, as needed General administrative as directed by the relocation director Assistance in arranging events Writing of personal notes and mailing for marketing related projects Support, as needed, for the consultant team Other duties as assigned Qualifications: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) 1-2 years of related experience Real estate/relocation experience and college degree preferred Clear and professional oral and written communication skills Motivated, organized, detail-oriented, resourceful Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals) Knowledge of Word Processing software; Spreadsheet and Excel software and Database software Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook or similar email system Compensation:

The base pay range for this position is $40,000-$45,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience and market location. Bonuses may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of benefits. I will be in Vietnam for a month for surgery and need a translator and caregiver who can be there to help assist me in the area. Will be a 1 month job offer. Can arrange hotel accommodations if necessary. Will cover room and board with pay. This opportunity if successful can lead to a permanent US assistant position that will oversee house manager duties, and will need someone skilled in computers to communicate, editing documents, house cleaning and being my assistant for foreign clients. The call is for a full‑time Associate Pastor to manage Westminster’s adult education programs, which include Bible studies, discipleship courses, seminars, and other learning initiatives, such as staying abreast of current trends in Faith Formation and utilizing continuing education opportunities. Adult Education at Westminster is wholistic where programs are crafted to address and incorporate Education, Spirituality, Fellowship and Discipleship/Service into all offerings. This role will work alongside the ministerial staff to foster spiritual growth within the congregation. Additionally, they will regularly engage in worship duties such as preaching, administering sacraments, officiating weddings and funerals, and providing at‑home communion. Developing and implementing adult education programs Overseeing the Adult Education Committee Teaching adult education classes Explore the utilization of digital assets in teaching Recruiting and training adult education leaders Coordinating adult education events, classes, talks, and other offerings Collaborating with other ministries Qualifications

Knowledge and Passion for Spiritual Education in the Reformed Tradition:

The candidate should have a deep understanding, familiarity, and facility with Scripture, Christian practice, and Christian theology, particularly the Reformed tradition. Westminster is a theologically and spiritually diverse congregation, and it is essential that the candidate be capable of leading an adult education program that caters to member at all stages of their faith journey. Candidate should be capable of development and oversight of a comprehensive program focused transformative faith formation. Staff Management Experience:

Westminster employs a large team of Associate Pastors, Parish Associates, and additional staff. The candidate should be prepared to partner with Associate Pastors in interconnected areas as well as manage staff effectively. Additionally, this position will be expected to regularly collaborate with the Parish Associate in adult education to assure Westminster is accomplishing its goals to have a successful and transformative adult education program. Network for External Speakers and Educators:

A key aspect of Westminster’s adult education program is its ability to invite outside pastors, speakers, and educators, including authors, professors, artists, and individuals with unique life experiences. The candidate should have an existing, diverse network of connections to sustain and enhance these educational opportunities for the congregation. Additional Information
