Overview We’re looking for motivated individuals ready to take on a hands‑on role in a dynamic production environment.
Responsibilities
Operate diversified equipment: mixing, drying, milling & crushing, kilns, vacuum hot presses, furnaces, and powder processing equipment.
Ensure quality and service: fabricate, inspect, and package products to meet quality standards.
Work continuous rotating 12‑hour shifts (including weekends and holidays) with overtime opportunities based on business needs.
Accurately read, understand, and execute work orders.
Operate a fork truck (training provided).
Learn and perform all required duties independently and safely.
Communicate effectively with shift personnel and support all manufacturing processes.
Demonstrate knowledge of raw materials, production processes, and quality standards for optimal product manufacture and distribution.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic computer skills.
Strong communication skills for interacting with co‑workers, plant staff, and management.
Basic math, reading, writing, and mechanical skills.
Previous forklift truck certification preferred.
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Physically able to stand, bend, stoop, kneel, reach, twist, lift, push, pull, climb, balance, crouch, handle, and move items up to 60 pounds (with or without accommodations).
Ability to move throughout all areas of the plant, including climbing stairs and working at heights.
Able to wear all necessary personal protective equipment.
Stand and/or sit continuously and perform job functions for a full shift with meal break.
Visual acuity to perform job functions correctly.
Performance Standards
Follow all safety policies and procedures.
Maintain satisfactory attendance and performance.
Cooperate and assist fellow employees in a team‑based environment.
Complete training programs successfully.
Work safely while meeting quality, production, and performance expectations.
Adhere to standard operating procedures.
Show willingness to work overtime, including short notice.
Pay close attention to detail.
Compensation Hourly wage: $21.75 plus shift differential of $1.30/hour (6% of base rate). In addition, eligible for an annual bonus up to 5–10% of hourly rate. Total annual target cash range approximately $47,900.
