$18.00 to $22.00 per hour (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities Lead the operation of sophisticated production machinery systems Perform quality control testing using industry-standard methods Troubleshoot and maintain high-tech equipment Operate modern material handling equipment Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Manufacturing experience Forklift/powered industrial truck experience Safety-conscious with strong attention to detail Basic computer skills Team player mentality
Work Environment & Physical Demands This role operates in a
high-heat, dusty, and noisy manufacturing setting . Must be comfortable working in an industrial environment. Expect prolonged standing, repetitive movements, and
lifting up to 50 lbs . PPE provided.
