Monday to Friday / 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Salary Range:
$129K to $200K (based on experience)

We're seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead our state‑of‑the‑art facility in Ozark, Alabama. Join our team and drive operational excellence while leading a dedicated workforce of 50+ team members. What You'll Do
Provide strategic leadership for all plant operations
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices
Oversee safety, quality, delivery, cost, and inventory performance
Manage P&L responsibility and achieve financial targets
Lead and develop a high‑performing team
Partner with executive leadership to achieve company objectives
Ideal Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
5+ years of manufacturing experience (rubber processing experience preferred)
7+ years of progressive leadership experience
Strong background in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement
Experience with operational financials and P&L management
Track record of driving safety and quality improvements
Excellence in team building and employee development
Physical Requirements
Ability to work in an industrial environment (heat, dust, noise)
10% travel requirement
