What You’ll Do
Maintain and repair rubber manufacturing equipment, including extruders, mixers, mills, boilers, water chillers/heaters, steam presses, forklifts, silos, oil tanks, conveyors, and more.
Perform light cleaning and preventive maintenance.
Work independently, with vendors, and as part of a team.
Ensure safety and quality standards are met.
Qualifications
Ability to lift up to 80 lbs, work at heights, and fit into tight spaces.
Comfortable standing for 10-hour shifts.
Organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and safety-conscious.
Positive attitude and integrity.
Preferred Skills
Experience with rubber manufacturing equipment or similar machinery.
Strong troubleshooting skills for mechanical and electrical failures.
2+ years in a maintenance role with one company preferred.
