Baptist Search Partners is excited to partner with Lebanon Baptist Church in Frisco, TX, to find their next Associate Pastor of Students and Administration.
About the Vision: The purpose of Lebanon Baptist Church is to glorify God by equipping believers to become mature followers of Christ resulting in the expression of their love for God through worship and of their love for man through proclaiming Jesus as Savior to the world. As those who have been redeemed by the blood of Jesus Christ, they want to bring Him glory.

They serve side‑by‑side to see Jesus worshiped as the true King both in Frisco, TX, and to the ends of the earth. About the Opportunity: A more detailed job description will be provided further into the interview process. This will be the first time filling a full‑time role specifically focused on middle and high school students at Lebanon Baptist Church. It is a great opportunity for someone to come in with a fresh approach to ministry and begin building upon a solid foundation. Engaging students with the Word of God is at the core of their desires, and they are excited to see how this person will help parents shape the spiritual growth and development of students. The Senior Pastor at Lebanon has been leading this church for over 25 years and is eager to see someone develop a strategy for discipling students from conversion to reproducing disciple‑makers. This role will also include general church administrative tasks on a weekly basis.
