Associate Campus Pastor – Campus Operations
Under the direction of the Campus Pastor and Lead Community & Campus Operations Pastor, the Associate Campus Pastor of Campus Operations oversees operational excellence, logistics, First Impressions, and event execution for the campus. This position ensures that every service, event, and environment reflects Church Unlimited’s standard of excellence and supports the mission to take as many people to Heaven as we can before we die. Period. The role focuses on systems, structure, and readiness while collaborating closely with the Campus Pastor and Campus/Support Teams.
Essential Job Functions:
Communicate the vision, mission, and values of Church Unlimited
Lead, serve, and support during weekend services and special events
Assist in the overall strategic, management, development and growth of campus ministry
Lead First Impressions, parking, and hospitality teams for weekend services
Manage event logistics, facilities coordination, and campus preparedness
Oversee safety, volunteer scheduling, and service flow readiness
Coordinate supplies, set up, tear down, and operational needs for all events
Ensure excellence in facility cleanliness, presentation, and environment
Track and report operational metrics related to service readiness and volunteer deployment
Collaborate with Ministry Support leadership for alignment of systems and goals
Serve as a visible campus leader during weekend services and events
Teach in small, medium and large group settings
Support pastoral care needs of the campus
Other duties as assigned
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Volunteer leaders for First Impressions, Hospitality, Parking, and Campus Operations
Oversight and development of operational volunteer team leads
Skill/Ability/Knowledge Requirements:
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
Experience in event management, operations, or hospitality
Proven ability to coordinate multiple teams and projects simultaneously
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, multi‑campus ministry environment

This will be the first time filling a full‑time role specifically focused on students of middle and high school students at Lebanon Baptist Church. It is a great opportunity for someone to come in with a fresh approach to ministry and begin building upon a solid foundation. Engaging students with the Word of God is at the core of their desires, and they are excited to see how this person will help parents shape the spiritual growth and development of students. The Senior Pastor has been leading this church for over 25 years and is eager to see someone develop a strategy for discipling students from conversion to reproducing disciple‑makers. This role will also include general church administrative tasks on a weekly basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer and coordinate the student ministry with a focus on biblical education and developing a biblical worldview
Promote, plan, and direct Sunday morning and Wednesday evening Bible studies
Develop and promote outreach with the goal of engaging students to become proactive in evangelism to reach their friends and family for Christ
Develop a student ministry communication and promotion strategy
Along with other staff, perform general office work, including record keeping, creation of various reports as requested, preparing and printing weekly church bulletin, and managing church calendar of events
Preferred: Some ministry experience, administrative experience
