Neurology Territory Sales Representative
Our client is a venture-backed healthcare organization transforming reactive healthcare into proactive care through technology and continuous engagement. Focused on neurodegenerative diseases, our client partners with neurologists and clinics to deliver personalized, at-home support through Principal Care Management (PCM) and Chronic Care Management (CCM) programs.
Salary:
$100,000 base salary with uncapped commission and on-target earnings (OTE) of $200,000.
Job Summary:
The Territory Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth within an assigned territory by developing and executing strategic sales plans, building a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities, and closing new business with neurology clinics. This role manages the full sales cycle and partners closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from sale to implementation.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a territory sales strategy to meet or exceed revenue targets
Identify priority accounts and create targeted outreach plans
Proactively build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified leads
Build and maintain strong relationships with neurologists, practice managers, and executive leadership
Act as a trusted advisor by understanding clinic challenges and aligning solutions to their needs
Manage the end‑to‑end sales process, including follow‑ups, stakeholder communication, and negotiations
Close deals efficiently and ensure accurate completion of MSAs, SOWs, and related documentation
Coordinate with implementation and account management teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
Maintain accurate activity and pipeline tracking within CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
Qualifications:
3–5+ years of successful healthcare sales experience
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
Exceptional communication and consultative selling skills
Highly self‑motivated, organized, and results‑driven
Proficiency with CRM platforms and common sales tools
Valid driver’s license in at least one U.S. state
Ability and willingness to travel up to 80%
Preferred:
Neurology or pharmaceutical sales experience
Experience in a startup or high‑growth healthcare environment
Knowledge of medical terminology and clinic workflows
