Job Overview:

Responsible for the HR coordination of various functions and administrative duties within the MBNAC Organization. Duties include but are not limited to, functions of recruiting, compensation, on-boarding/off-boarding, employment verifications, and immigration. This position is the customer-facing HR representative for all employees, including Managers and Sr. Managers. This person will be challenged to work autonomously and communicate effectively to upper management in order to ensure the successful end to end running of HR projects and operations within the organization.

Responsibilities:

Provide HR support and guidance to assigned internal clients; consult on practices, policies, and procedures. Serve as a liaison with MB NA entities on compensation, benefits, payroll, recruiting, development, diversity and employee communications (50%)

Customer-facing HR support for recruiting, on-boarding/off-boarding, employee and manager concerns and inquiries. Align with IT department to ensure appropriate systems access and testing (20%)

Consult on activities and initiatives for performance management, training, culture, team building (20%)

Department communications including but not limited to, maintain and update company web-page, announcements of new personnel (10%)

Qualifications

This position requires a minimum of 4+ years of overall work experience. Preferred experience includes:

Business (General) -2 Years of experience

Communication-1 Year of experience

Customer Service-1 Year of experience

Human Resources-2 Years of experience

Education:

A Bachelors degree is required. Preferred majors include:

Human Resources

Communications

Or any business related field

Skills:

Analytical Skills

Ability to collect data and establish facts and identify trends and variances

Facilitation Skills

PC Skills

Microsoft Office

Additional Skills:

Customer focused, strong communication and relationship building skills. Result-oriented, self driven.
