We are seeking a detail-oriented Automotive Cancellations Clerk to join our team at Toyota of North Miami. In this role, you will play a key part in managing vehicle cancellation processes efficiently and accurately, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. This position is based in Miami, FL.
Responsibilities
Process and manage vehicle cancellations, including purchase orders, trades, and wholesale transactions.
Verify and maintain accurate cancellation records in the system.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely resolution of cancellation issues.
Communicate with customers, dealerships, and finance institutions regarding cancellation status and documentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies, state regulations, and industry standards related to cancellations.
Assist with auditing and reporting related to cancellation activities.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in automotive or administrative fields is a plus.
Previous experience in automotive dealership operations, particularly in cancellations, trades, or wholesale processes preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency with computer systems and dealership management software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
