Toyota of North Miami
Toyota of North Miami is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Title Clerk to join our team in Miami, FL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing vehicle titles, ensuring accuracy and compliance with state regulations, and supporting the sales and finance departments with clerical tasks related to vehicle titles and registrations.
Responsibilities
Prepare and process vehicle titles, registrations, and related documents in accordance with state laws and company policies.
Coordinate with finance departments, dealerships, and state agencies to ensure timely and accurate title transfers.
Maintain up-to-date records of all title documents and transactions.
Verify and review sales contracts and necessary paperwork to ensure completeness before submitting for title processing.
Respond to inquiries from internal departments, customers, and external agencies regarding title status and documentation.
Assist with audits and reconciliations related to title and registration documentation.
Support other administrative duties as needed to facilitate smooth sales and post-sale processes.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in administrative or clerical work is a plus.
5 years experience in title processing, automotive dealership, or related administrative support is preferred.
Familiarity with state DMV procedures and motor vehicle title laws in Florida is highly desirable.
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with dealership management software is a plus.
