A growing consumer goods manufacturer is seeking a Maintenance Technician in the greater Sentobia, MS area. This individual will be responsible for daily checks, preventive maintenance, and basic repairs on plastic injection molding machines and related production equipment to minimize downtime and ensure safe operation.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and basic repairs on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
Replace worn parts and document all work performed
Maintain safety features and 5S cleanliness standards
Support general plant maintenance, including lighting and auxiliary equipment
Manage maintenance inventory and follow safety protocols
Candidates Must Have:
Ability to read blueprints, electrical diagrams, and hydraulic schematics
At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing maintenance, preferably injection molding experience
Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing or moving for long period
