Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
to join our growing team. In this role, youll drive full-cycle recruitment for a wide range of roles, partnering closely with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to identify, attract, and hire top-tier talent. Youll play a key role in shaping our hiring practices, elevating the candidate experience, and supporting our efforts to build a diverse and inclusive team. Responsibilities: Lead full-cycle recruitment across departments, including sourcing, screening, candidate selection, and offer negotiation. Source and engage passive candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and networking events. Provide a high-touch, positive experience for all candidates, ensuring timely communication and feedback. Managing and maintaining the Applicant Tracking System (ADP Workforce Now), ensuring data integrity, system optimization, and adherence to best practices. Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define hiring strategies, and set clear expectations. Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job descriptions, interview plans, and candidate assessments. Effectively communicate with both headquarters and internal hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment throughout the recruitment process. Understands the unique nature of each department's roles and responsibilities and conducts targeted sourcing accordingly. Demonstrates a strong grasp of the companys business drivers and aligns talent strategies to support organizational goals. Track and report recruiting metrics to ensure hiring goals are met and opportunities for improvement are identified. Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent. Qualifications: 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment Proven track record of successfully hiring across a variety of roles and levels Experience using ATS platforms (ADP Workforce Now is a plus) Excellent sourcing, networking, and relationship-building skills Strong organizational and project management abilities Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills A passion for candidate experience and building inclusive hiring processes Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally The base salary for this position is between $76,000.00 and $95,000.00 per year. Actual compensation will depend on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience, and location. This position may also be eligible for additional compensation and benefits, including an annual incentive bonus, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, PTO/FTO, and a 401(k) plan with company match.
