About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, resourceful, and adaptable Executive Assistant to the CEO to provide direct administrative and operational support. This is a high-visibility role working closely with the CEO on priorities that span every department of the company. You will manage the CEO’s calendar, coordinate projects, attend and lead meetings, and follow through on key initiatives to ensure timely execution.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive executive administrative support to the CEO.
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, priorities, and task lists.
- Prepare reports, review business metrics, and share findings with the CEO.
- Coordinate and track cross-departmental projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Represent the CEO in meetings and communicate follow-ups clearly and effectively.
- Identify challenges, propose solutions, and execute them from start to finish.
- Build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization.
Qualifications
- Previous administrative experience supporting a C-suite executive or senior leader.
- Previous experience in ECommerce a plus!
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong follow-up and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Comfortable working with numbers and basic data analysis.
- Professional, punctual, and able to work full-time on‑site.
- Project management experience is a plus.
- Interest in learning all aspects of business operations.
