What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Analyze campaign performance and member engagement within pharmacy programs
Leverage reports and dashboards to track KPIs, insights, and trends
Support data validation and ensure accuracy across datasets
Collaborate with pharmacy, marketing, and analytics teams to translate business needs into data solutions
Develop predictive models to optimize targeting and retention
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Marketing, Business, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in applying data science or advanced analytics in marketing or healthcare
Minimum of 1 year of demonstrated experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
Minimum of 1 year of demonstrated experience with SQL, R, or Python
Experience with predictive modeling techniques (regressions, decision trees, etc.)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in pharmacy, healthcare, or regulated industries
Familiarity with causal inference techniques (propensity score matching, synthetic controls, DID, etc.)
Familiarity with segmentation and targeting strategies
Familiarity with Databricks
