What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Analyze pharmacy-related data to support marketing and operational initiatives
Evaluate campaign performance and member engagement within pharmacy programs
Collaborate with pharmacy, marketing, and analytics teams to develop data solutions
Document methodologies and maintain data sources for repeatable analysis
Design and assess experiments and develop predictive models for targeting and retention
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Marketing, Business, or related field
1–3 years of experience in data science or advanced analytics in marketing or healthcare
At least 1 year of experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
Minimum of 1 year of experience with SQL, R, or Python
Familiarity with predictive modeling techniques (regressions, decision trees, etc.)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in pharmacy, healthcare, or regulated industries
Familiarity with causal inference techniques (propensity score matching, synthetic controls, etc.)
Knowledge of segmentation and targeting strategies
Experience with Databricks
