Position: TEMP BOOKKEEPER
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented
Bookkeeper
to manage day-to-day accounting operations from start to finish. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, accurate, and comfortable handling all aspects of bookkeeping while supporting the overall financial health of the organization. Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle bookkeeping including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger Process and record invoices, payments, receipts, and expense reports Perform regular bank, credit card, and account reconciliations Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and supporting documentation Prepare journal entries and assist with month-end and year-end close Generate financial reports, including income statements and balance sheets, as needed Support audits and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards Track expenses, monitor cash flow, and identify discrepancies Maintain confidentiality of financial data and records Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required, degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred Proven experience as a bookkeeper or similar accounting role Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping processes Proficient in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) and Microsoft Excel Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple deadlines independently Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively Want to be considered for this opening immediately?
