Salary: $95,000 - $115,000 (based on experience) + $15,000 Sign‑On Bonus Work Hours: Monday‑Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
What You'll Do
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments, preference assessments, and develop Behavior Support Plans.
Participate in IEP meetings and prepare data‑driven reports.
Supervise teachers and ensure classroom and IEP compliance.
Partner with the Director of School Services to enhance behavioral programming.
