Assist with the management and oversight of the employer's alcohol license program Prepare and submit alcohol license applications, including renewals and amendments, to relevant authorities Maintain a database of all licenses and renewal dates Draft alcohol‑related agreements, such as leases and management agreements, in coordination with the legal team Track alcohol license violations and assist with other licenses and registrations Qualifications
Experience obtaining alcohol licenses and other types of business licenses/registrations/permits Exceptionally organized, detail‑oriented, and efficient Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines Strong oral and written communication skills Familiarity with word processing software (e.g., Word, Excel) Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with tied house rules Experience in the sports, entertainment, and/or hospitality industry Strong sense of ethics and integrity with a history of sound judgment Equal Opportunity and Privacy
