Analyze current tax data and processes to identify compliance risks and areas for improvement
Lead initiatives to automate workflows and implement data-driven solutions
Collaborate on the creation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure consistency across business units
Act as a liaison between management and internal teams to address tax-related issues
Support ongoing process enhancements and training for new tax operations
What is Required (Qualifications)
Understanding of IRS tax forms and their purpose
Intermediate to advanced Excel knowledge
Familiarity with IRS regulations and tax laws
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Adaptability to new technologies and processes
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Familiarity with Power BI and/or Tableau
Experience using tax reporting software (e.g., SOVOS)
Ability to communicate complex tax concepts to non-tax professionals
Experience with the employer's products and systems
Proactive problem-solving skills and a customer-service mindset
