What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Act as a point of contact for vendors, business channels, and internal stakeholders
Manage the compliance process and documentation requirements for all vendors
Monitor vendor performance to ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations
Oversee the standard vendor onboarding process, including application and contract management
Analyze reporting tools to identify trends and provide feedback to management on vendor performance
What is Required (Qualifications):
2-5 years of related title experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
Demonstrated customer service skills and the ability to partner effectively with vendors and customers
Experience in residential and commercial title, including title examination
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Visio
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage customer needs when dealing with vendors
Knowledge of industry products, state regulations, and guidelines
Ability to analyze data and make decisions within defined procedures
Experience with vendor management and compliance processes
