What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Act as a contact and resource for vendors, business channels, and internal stakeholders
Manage the compliance process and documentation for all vendors
Monitor vendor performance to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements
Oversee the standard vendor onboarding process, including processing applications and contracts
Analyze reporting tools to identify trends and provide coaching to underperforming vendors
What is Required (Qualifications):
2-5 years of related title experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively partner with vendors and customers
Residential and commercial title experience, including title examination
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Visio
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in negotiating with vendors and managing customer needs
Knowledge of state regulations and guidelines related to title services
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions within defined procedures
