We need a full‑time Projects Coordinator to work in our Canonsburg, PA office. The hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Job Summary

Responsible for coordinating project documentation, communication, and action‑item follow‑up between internal teams and external stakeholders, and reports to the Project Engineering Manager. Job Description

Create and maintain files and shared drives for the projects the office is involved in. Serve as point of communication between the company and external resources. Assist with document creation and reviews, including project reports and tracking spreadsheets. Coordinate document submissions/transmittals and help ensure timely resubmissions. Follow up on external and internal project action items to ensure timely closure. Drive internal communication and help problem‑solve with other departments. Support correspondence with customers via the Project Manager and project management team. Participate in project coordination meetings internally and with clients. Work autonomously, seeking guidance when required. Other job duties as assigned. Skill Requirements

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects. Proficiency in Office 365 products (Excel, Word, Access). Ability to communicate with team members and clients clearly and effectively. Benefits

Bachelor of Science degree in a related field. 1+ year(s) of experience in a project‑related industry required. Prior water/wastewater infrastructure project experience preferred. Seniority level
