Key Responsibilities
Manage day‑to‑day healthcare operations to meet residents’ needs.
Ensure residents are treated with respect and dignity, adjusting care as needs change.
Maintain consistent quality resident care across shifts, stepping into caregiver or med‑tech roles if needed.
Supervise licensed nursing staff, medication technicians/CMA’s, and caregivers; provide ongoing training and education.
Manage medication training, pharmacy management, and medication supervision; conduct periodic skill inventories and audits.
Share on‑call duties as required.
Qualifications
Minimum of 1–2 years of relevant experience.
State nursing license (LPN/LVN or RN).

Veterans, transitioning active‑duty military personnel, and military spouses are encouraged to apply.
Brookdale offers $725 (plus applicable taxes) to qualified associates for naturalization (Form N‑400) fees.
