Description
We have two openings for experienced, in-office, full-time Customer Service Representatives. This important role is the first to connect with our customers and provide the high level of service that we’re known for.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls and follow up on voicemails
Promote products, services, and maintenance plans
Schedule service, maintenance, and sales appointments
Make outbound calls
Monitor and reply to customer emails
Document customer concerns and resolution
Assist with customer mailings and related projects
Other duties as assigned
Various shifts available, either Tues-Sat or Mon-Fri w/rotating Saturday mornings
Requirements:
High personal integrity and desire to serve others
High school diploma/GED required (college experience or degree a plus)
2+ years of customer service or call center experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Dependable, patient, and compassionate personality
Self-motivated with strong organizational ability
Strong computer and data entry skills, to include Word, Excel, and Outlook
Multi-lingual and Spanish speaking ability preferred!
