Job Description The following general description applies to all hourly store team members. Please read the detailed information listed below.

Job Duties

Operate all equipment.

Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler.

Prepare product.

Receive and process telephone orders.

Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.

Clean equipment and facilities approximately daily.

Training is provided on the job through orientation.

Communication Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions. Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.

Essential Functions / Skills Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator). Must be able to make correct monetary change. Strong verbal, writing, and telephone skills. Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for rapid, accurate movements. Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch‑screen.

Work Conditions Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather (when removing trash and performing outside tasks). In‑store temperatures range from 36 °F in cooler to 90 °F+. Sudden temperature changes. Possible fumes from food odors, cornmeal dust. Cramped quarters including walk‑in cooler. Hot surfaces/tools up to 500 °F. Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.

Sensing, Temperaments, Physical Demands Sensing: Talking and hearing on telephone; near and mid‑range vision; depth perception; ability to differentiate hot and cold surfaces.

Temperaments: Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, analyze data, and make decisions.

Physical Demands: Standing, walking, sitting, lifting up to 50 pounds, carrying up to 30 pounds, pushing and pulling trays, climbing stairs or ladder, stooping/bending, crouching/squatting, reaching, hand tasks (eye‑hand coordination, forearm/wrist force).

Additional Information For delivery or store management positions: valid driver’s license with safe driving record, access to an insured vehicle. Navigational skills to locate addresses within delivery area.

Physical demands include carrying pizzas, sides, beverages; walking; climbing; driving within designated area.
