Quantum Surgical Incorporated has entered into an agreement with Johnson & Johnson to acquire the NEUWAVE business. The process is anticipated to be completed in Q1 2026, subject to legal requirements, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions. The territory covers Georgia and Alabama. NeuWave Medical® was founded by physicians and scientists and is known for its intelligent ablation system, including the 17‑gauge Precision™ PR probe and the unique Ablation Confirmation™ software that provides integrated in‑procedure confirmation to evaluate technical success.

Position Expectations
The Account Manager is responsible for generating and developing disposable sales, equipment sales and service sales through ongoing management of account relationships at all levels within the facility.
Manage all aspects of the customer selling lifecycle to achieve consistent, profitable and sustainable sales revenue through promotion, selling, supporting and servicing of the NeuWave portfolio.
Build value creation to strengthen the relationship, protect from competitors and grow the account.
Accountable for service agreement contracts.
Develop professional education events tailored to each market with deep understanding of tools and resources available.
Serve as a technical consultant to physicians in the procedure room, during live cases.
Oversee and execute the implementation and account development processes of hospitals buying and implementing capital equipment solutions.
Understand account needs and the roles of physicians, nurses, support staff and hospital administration to establish plans that meet short‑ and long‑term needs.
Monitor hospital strategies and marketplace developments; communicate to business partners to develop account strategy.
Develop sales plans by account and by category using sales planning tools; integrate risk mitigation.
Optimize customer value by anticipating and recognizing account issues, then create, communicate, implement and follow up on corrective action plans.
Meet regularly with hospital administrators, directors and managers to review disposable sales, trends and explore opportunities to convey the Neuwave and JNJ value proposition.
Optimize sales revenue at existing customers, particularly via education/orientation of physicians and clinical staff to ensure support of the NeuWave platform and probes.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree.
At least 2 years of relevant Medical Device/Healthcare and/or Business‑to‑Business sales experience.
Strong proven medical device sales track record with documented growth and achievements.
Demonstrated success in previous sales roles, indicating a high level of sales performance, influence and selling skills.
Capital Equipment experience.
Market development or product launch experience.
Strong business acumen, including C‑Suite customer experience.
Ability to travel 50‑60%.
