Float Nurse – LPN/RN
ServiceNet is seeking compassionate and dedicated nurses for the Float Nurse LPN/RN role in our developmental brain injury services. The position is full‑time and flexible, with shifts from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., and accommodates multi‑site work within a 20‑mile radius. The role emphasizes individualized care with a 5:1 client‑nurse ratio.

Key Responsibilities
Champion health and well‑being by coordinating and monitoring healthcare services, communicating with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other providers.
Document nursing interventions and changes in progress notes, daily logs, and staff communications.
Maintain medication and treatment orders, ensuring compliance with MAP standards and monitoring for side effects.
Teach and train staff in personal care techniques, positioning, feeding, and use of supportive devices.
Support individuals with ADLs, encouraging independence and personal responsibility.
Accompany individuals to medical appointments and day programs.
Take on additional assignments as needed to support team goals.
Float Scheduling
Structured weekly schedule while working in‑person at designated residential homes.
Option to shift between locations within a 20‑mile radius.
Inclusion of mileage reimbursement and integration with on‑site teams.
Additional $2.00 per hour shift differential.
Starting Salary
LPN: $33–$38/hr + $2.00/hour FLEX differential = $35–$40/hr
RN: $38–$42/hr + $2.00/hour FLEX differential = $40–$44/hr
Qualifications
Valid MA Nursing License.
Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
Physical ability to perform position requirements.
Good communication and computer skills.
