We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that may include managing communications, coordinating schedules, and providing support to team members across different departments.
Responsibilities
Answering and directing phone calls in a professional manner
Managing daily office correspondence and emails
Scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments
Maintaining organized and efficient filing systems
Assisting with the preparation of reports and documents
Greeting visitors and providing them with relevant information
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
