We are seeking a professional and friendly Office Receptionist to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will play a critical role in ensuring a positive and welcoming atmosphere at our office. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication skills and an excellent phone presence while managing a variety of administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer and manage incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
Maintain and organize the front desk area and ensure it is always presentable.
Schedule appointments and meetings for staff members as required.
Handle and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
Manage office supplies inventory and assist in ordering new supplies when necessary.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software.
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
