Key Job Responsibilities
Move and install large enterprise equipment.
Install fiber and copper cabling and patch cables between equipment.
Maintain safety and security standards during cabling and rack installation.
Follow established hardware installation procedures and perform break‑fix activities.
Use material‑handling tools and equipment safely.
Travel within and outside the regional work area; reliable personal vehicle and valid driver’s license required.
Basic Qualifications
High school or equivalent diploma.
1+ year of experience in roles such as Computer Hardware Repair, Infrastructure Cabling, Network Deployment, Data Center Operations, or Technical Project Management.
Preferred Qualifications
Industry‑standard certifications (CompTIA, CCENT, Network+).
Knowledge of network cabling, optic types, and test equipment.
Experience with cabling infrastructure best practices and methodologies.
Experience with medium to large, complex project scopes and ambiguous details within a work environment.
Knowledge of major command‑line protocols (Cisco IOS, JunOS, GNU/Linux) and common networking protocols (BGP, OSPF).
