JOB SUMMARY: The
Project Manager
is responsible for leading medium‑to‑large‑scale, cross‑functional initiatives with a focus on timely, cost‑effective, and high‑quality delivery. This role partners closely with stakeholders and leadership to align project strategy with execution, manage risk, and ensure successful outcomes across the full project lifecycle in both
agile
and
waterfall
environments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Own end‑to‑end project delivery, including budget, timelines, scope, and resource allocation
Lead cross‑functional project teams to develop integrated plans and execute implementation strategies
Ensure all team members understand project goals, schedules, critical path activities, and dependencies
Provide regular, balanced updates on project status, including risk, cost, and value to stakeholders
Align functional plans with approved project plans to ensure high‑quality execution
Maintain alignment between project strategy and tactical execution
Proactively identify risks, resolve conflicts, and elevate issues to senior leadership as needed
Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies for internal and external stakeholders
Lead projects of varying size, complexity, and duration with a medium‑to‑long‑term focus
Navigate ambiguity and adapt plans to deliver results
Manage priorities across scope, budget, resources, and timelines throughout the project lifecycle
Lead all phases of delivery, including requirements, design, build, pilot, implementation, and ongoing support
Drive lessons learned, best practices, and knowledge retention for future initiatives
Demonstrate strong organizational skills while remaining flexible and adaptable
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Seven (7+) years of project management experience, including complex, cross‑functional, strategic initiatives
Proven experience managing projects in both agile and waterfall environments
Demonstrated ability to remove obstacles and drive projects to completion
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Project planning, execution, and governance
Budget, timeline, and resource management
Risk identification and mitigation
PREFERRED SKILLS:
Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
Ability to influence senior leaders, peers, and vendor partners
