Responsibilities
Manages and monitors the financial performance of the agency, monitoring for financial variances, identifying, and implementing measures to reduce costs and/or optimize reimbursement, and implements measures to maintain the department’s operations in a fiscally responsible manner, including contract service management such as updating payer credentialing.
Maintains continuity and coordinates office activities and procedures to support the standards of care established by the department.
Directs staff to carry out responsibilities per department policy.
Develops and implements policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
Provides support and supervision to support positions as assigned.
Qualifications The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
Bachelor's Degree (Required)
Basic Life Support (BLS) - CPR
Summary of EV Accredited Issuing Body requirements for relevant roles (e.g., PT, RN as applicable)
Pay Range $92,374.79 - $171,808.10
